Key Responsibilities:

• Recover, preserve, and analyze digital evidence following legal standards.
• Use forensic tools and techniques to extract, document, and interpret data.
• Collaborate with legal teams, law enforcement, and organizations on cybercrime cases.
• Produce detailed forensic reports for use in legal proceedings.
• Testify in court as a forensic expert when necessary.
• Stay updated on the latest digital forensics tools and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in digital forensics or incident response.
• Expertise in forensic tools like EnCase, FTK, or X-Ways Forensics.
• Strong knowledge of cybercrime, hacking techniques, and malware analysis.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to write detailed technical reports and provide clear testimonies in court.
• Understanding of legal procedures related to digital evidence and chain of custody.
• Certifications such as GCFA, CCE, or CFCE are a plus.
