Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to support business decision-making.
• Assist in the creation of reports and dashboards to visualize data insights using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
• Assist with the preparation of data for statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Provide support for the development and maintenance of databases and data systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
• Help in the identification and resolution of data quality issues and discrepancies.
• Participate in the development of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
• Present data insights in a clear, actionable format for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
• Basic knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Familiarity with SQL or other querying languages.
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
• Good understanding of data cleaning, processing, and transformation techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
• Ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
• Fluent in French and English (spoken and written).

Preferred Skills:

• Internship or previous experience in data analysis, research, or a similar role.
• Familiarity with machine learning basics or statistical modeling.
• Experience with data wrangling and working with large datasets.
• Knowledge of data analytics frameworks and methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud-based platforms or databases is a plus.
